Important Updates and Reminders
- PWI FY25 invoicing is now closed, we will no longer be accepting any Pathway I FY25 Invoices for service periods prior to July 1, 2025.
- The File Drop system has been discontinued, and all invoices must be submitted via the Central Payment Portal or by mail.
- The portal is fully operational and provides remittance details directly in your account—email remittances have been discontinued.
- Note: Programs/Providers will not be able to edit or see the information for their program until you are approved by GTCUW. You will receive an email when you are approved then you should sign out and sign back in.
