Important Updates and Reminders
Early Learning Scholarships funding is entirely paid for by State funding. The federal cutoff of childcare funds to Minnesota will not impact Early Learning Scholarship payments.

*NEW RESOURCES* The new FY26 Award Planning Agreement and Guide for completing the Award Planning Agreement will be available in our Resources section below later this week or early next week! Please note, DCYF is responsible for creating and updating the Award Planning Agreement - GTCUW is unable to make changes to this document. Please reach out directly to DCYF with questions at dcyf.elscholarships@state.mn.us
Children who have aged out of their scholarship will remain on your program's child list until GTCUW has completed backfilling all FY26 invoices. Thank you for your patience as we work to get all information into our system that was previously submitted to the file drop.

Pro Tip! Clearing your browser cache will solve many minor issues in the portal. Please try this first, and if it does not work, then reach out to ELSATechSupport@gtcuw.org.
Programs/Providers will not be able to edit or see the information for their program until you are approved by GTCUW. You will receive an email when you are approved then you should sign out and sign back in.
